This technique, which has its roots in ancient India, consists in the gradual relaxation of muscles, ligaments and tendons. The massage rehabilitates the joints and increases the body’s mobility, calms the nervous system, boosts the immune system, solves back, neck and muscle pain, improves circulation and gives energy. The massage is performed with a special oil.
It is a full body massage according to the ancient Indian medicine – Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the science of life. According to it, the human body is made up of five basic elements – the Mahabhutas (water, earth, fire, air and ether). Each body has its basic vital functions and characteristics – prakriti (constitution). From the elements of ether and air is formed the body air, called vāt. The elements water and fire manifest together in the body as the bodily fire, called pit. The elements earth and water manifest as bodily water, called kaf. Each person is unique and therefore the Ayurvedic approach to assessing an individual case is always specific and based on maximum knowledge and understanding, focusing on the case, the person, as a whole. Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle and pleasant technique whose first benefit clients encounter is a very deep relaxation. Gentle strokes, performed in a specific direction, pace and sequence, remove lymph from the subcutaneous tissue; a fluid that collects metabolites, dead cells, proteins and fats, as well as foreign bodies and bacteria from the intercellular space, and guides it through the system of lymphatic vessels and nodes back into the bloodstream for cleansing.
The whole organism perceives this therapy as a relieving process, in which we not only help to detoxify the organism, but also significantly support the activity of the immune system. Manual lymphatic drainage is a great choice for recovery during sporting activities, after injuries (with the consent of any attending physician) or when trying to reduce weight.
It works great in tandem with Data Snéhan Ayurvedic massage, after which it distributes flushed toxic substances from the muscles and fascia to be filtered and eliminated from the body at a faster rate.

It is based on the principle of conscious touch and smooth strokes that release surface muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and induce a deep sense of security and lightness. Relaxation massage works with the body’s natural intelligence. Slow strokes, rhythm respecting the breath.
We use heated sesame oil, which penetrates deep into the body’s structures, helping to induce even greater physical relaxation, dissolve stress, tension in the neck and lower back, and minor overloads that accumulate in the body during a demanding workday. We then add your chosen essential oil to the massage oil or diffuser for an even more intense relaxation experience. Warmed towels and relaxing music are a matter of course.
We recommend a relaxing massage to clients who are looking for a gentle but effective way to restore their vitality. It is ideal as a stand-alone therapy or as a supplement to our deep tissue massages and manual lymphatic drainage – together they create a balanced ritual full of care that harmonizes not only the body but also the emotions.
